About this course.
Gain the knowledge and practical skills to apply first aid to casualties and perform CPR. You’ll graduate with the confidence to treat anaphylaxis, burns, cuts, cardiac arrest and other emergencies. Whether it’s at work or in your community, you’ll be ready help others and potentially save a life.
What will you study?
Thc course is split into two parts: online theory component and in person skills workshop and assessment. This structure ensures that you are able to learn the critical theory knowledge then attend an in person workshop at our Granville campus to focus on building your practical first aid skills.

- Online videos & multiple choice exam
- Practical first aid & CPR skills assessments
- Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation CPR & Defibrillator
- Provide Basic Emergency Life Support
- Fractures and dislocations
- Burns and scalds
- Head, chest and spinal injuries
- Fainting and unconsciousness
- Bandaging techniques
- Chocking
- Asthma & Anaphylaxis
- Poisoning, bites, stings and much more!
